1. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that you might change your mind. You may return the item within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
  • A store credit will be issued for eligible returns.
    Please note that refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns.

2. Custom and Personalized Orders

Products that are custom-made or personalized, such as bespoke furniture and décor, are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or are damaged during delivery.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by contacting our customer service team during business hours.

  • We will inspect the product and arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.

4. Final Sale and Clearance Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-refundable and non-returnable. These purchases are considered final.


5. Refund Process

Please note the following refund conditions:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, where applicable, after the return has been inspected and approved.

6. Conditions for Returns

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Returns must receive prior authorization from our customer service team.
  • Items returned without authorization or not in a resalable condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

7. Terms for Furniture Returns

Furniture returns are subject to additional conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • A restocking fee of 20% applies unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Returns are subject to inspection, and our sales team reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product or packaging does not meet the required condition.
