  • Store credit will be issued for eligible change-of-mind returns. Refunds are not available for these returns.

  • Items purchased as part of a Final Sale or Clearance event.
    These exclusions are in place to maintain the integrity of our custom and discounted offerings.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help. Please follow these steps:

  • Notify our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as needed.

4. Conditions for Returns

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must include all original accessories, documentation, and packaging.
  • Returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service team.
  • Items that are not in a resalable condition or returned without authorization may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

5. Furniture Returns

Returns for furniture have specific conditions to ensure quality standards:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to furniture returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • All furniture returns are subject to inspection, and refunds may be denied if the product or packaging does not meet acceptable standards.
